Refund Policy

At American Candy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our Refund Policy below to understand your options.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2 Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

2. Process for Returns

2.1 Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@americancandystore.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

2.2 Shipping Your Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2.3 Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Refunds

3.1 Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3.3 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Exchanges

4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@americancandystore.com.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

5.2 Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5.3 Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5.4 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@americancandystore.com.

6. Return Shipping

6.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
